Program planning is an event that must be carried out by an organization or institution. This event aims to determine and establish the running of himatif “ENCODER” work during one management period. In addition, there are other benefits that seek to improve the quality in the implementation of tasks and services to students through mutual agreement.
On June 27-28, 2021, Himatif Encoder Program planning was held for the period 2021. This year’s program planning was held online through zoom meeting and attended by about 60 participants of the session. In addition to being attended by all the member of the encoder himatif itself, the event was also attended by the head of the informatics engineering study program UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim, Dr. Cahyo Crysdian, SEMA members and also demisioners from the previous period.

This meeting was opened by Dr. Cahyo crysdian, as well as giving a speech related to the implementation of the Himatif Encoder’s program planning. In his speech, he emphasized the use of the website majoring in Informatics Engineering as the main source of information in the digital era at this time. “No matter how small your activities in the set, if it can be covered in the website” he said. He continued “our digital footprint on the internet is long-term, that trace can be a record that will validate us in various activities in the future be it further study, work, and so on”.
Plenary Session
Himatif Encoder’s program planning was held with several agendas or activities, the Plenary Session I which is discussed about the agenda of the meeting and the rundown of the event, the Plenary Session II discussing the Code of Conduct of the conference, the Plenary Session III discussed about organizational regulations, the Plenary Session IV discussed Job Description Himatif Encoder, and the last Plenary Session V discussed about the Work Program of each division in Himatif Encoder. There are 6 divisions that describe their work programs at the time of the Work Meeting, namely BPH (Badan Pengurus Harian) or Organization core manager, Intellectual, Public Relation, Technopreneurship, Religious, Art & Sport, and Information Media.
Plenary Session
Himatif Encoder’s program planning was well held and ended with the reading of Hamdalah by all participants of the session. It is expected that with the implementation of this event, all himatif Encoder administrators are able to carry out the Mandate and every work program that has been prepared can run in accordance with the previously planned.
