The management meeting is an activity that must be held by a community or organization to discuss the running of the event to be held. This meeting is expected to improve the quality of the implementation of each event that will be held by mutual agreement.
On November 2, 2021, the MOCAP community held a management meeting to discuss the work program of each division and team. This event aims to strengthen and at the same time ratify the MOCAP community work program in 2021 for one management period. This meeting was held offline at the Ulul Albab Mosque (Masul) Floor 2 for administrators who were in Malang and online via google meeting for administrators who were not in Malang.
This meeting was opened by Thoriq Harizul Ahsan as the Chair of the MOCAP community in 2021 by reading basmallah. As well as giving a speech related to the discussion of the work program. Then, it was continued by reading and discussing the work program of each division, namely the internal division and the external division. After that, the work program was ratified which was marked by the signing of the work program by the head of the MOCAP community, the head of the internal division, and also the head of the external division.

The MOCAP community management meeting was carried out well and ended with a prayer by the entire board. It is hoped that by holding this meeting, all MOCAP community administrators are able to carry out their mandate and every work program that has been prepared can run according to what was previously planned.
