The Maliki Tech Festival episode 3 webinar series was held on Sunday, July 3, 2022. This time the speaker was Danang Juffry as Google Community Manager. The theme that was presented was “Leadership: Lead The Organization and People”. Leaders are generally divided into three, namely self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership. To be a leader, several criteria must be in the mindset of every leader, namely focusing on finding solutions, being firm but empathetic, and being open-minded. In addition, he also provides tips for running an organization in society, namely Delegating tasks correctly, Setting clear goals, Prioritizing effective communication, Not being ashamed to admit mistakes, Trusting members of the organization/community, and Making decisions at the right time.
