Journal managers from Fatisda conveyed their difficulties in managing the journal and were answered by Mr. Dr. Fresy Nugroho as editor-in-chief, who said that Journal Matics, initially offline and became the king in Malang, over time moved online, so there was turmoil. Therefore, it must be improved; it cannot be forced directly; it must be gradual. To manage the journal to be accredited at least Sinta 2, the management must be neat, the reviewer must be qualified, and the Scopus index must be high.
