Lecture Evaluation and Outstanding Lecturer Awards: Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Malang Ready to Welcome Odd Semester 2024/2025

On Monday, August 18, 2024, the Faculty of Science and Technology, Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang held an Even Semester 2023/2024 Lecture Evaluation event as well as a Briefing on Preparation for Odd Semester 2024/2025 Lectures. This event took place in the north auditorium, 4th floor, BJ Habibie Building, and was attended by the entire academic community of the Faculty of Science and Technology, including the Rector, Vice Rectors, Deans, Vice Deans, Heads of Study Programs, and lecturers in charge of courses.

This event aims to evaluate the implementation of lectures during the Even Semester 2023/2024 and provide direction to prepare for lectures in the Odd Semester 2024/2025. In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology emphasized the importance of periodic evaluations to improve the quality of learning and strengthen the synergy between lecturers and students.

On this occasion, awards were also given to lecturers who excelled in academics. The award for the most publications was given to Dr. Yunifa Miftachul Arif, Dr. Fachrul Kurniawan, Dr. Irwan Budi Santoso and the award for lecturer with the best student satisfaction index (IKM) was given to Dr. Ririen Kusumawati, M.Kom, Dr. Yunifa Miftachul Arif, Dr. Irwan Budi Santoso, Dr. M. Imamudin Lc, MA, Ashri Shabrina Afrah, M.T, Okta Qomaruddin Aziz, M.Kom, Shoffin Nahwa Utama, M.T. This award is a form of appreciation for their dedication in providing quality teaching and building a conducive academic atmosphere.

The event was closed with an interactive discussion session between lecturers and faculty leaders regarding strategies for improving the quality of lectures and academic services. This discussion emphasized the commitment of the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Malang to continue to innovate and develop in facing the challenges of education in the digital era.
