Congratulations to Ridho Aulia, Muhammad Faqih, and Zulfa Ulinnuha, Informatics Engineering students from the class of 2022, who won First Runner Up dalam International Paper Competition BRISA Impact Vol. 1 on November 12, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The product they created is an application to help autistic/special needs children. Its two main features are:
1. A feature to help autistic children communicate or learn to communicate using augmented reality.
2. A feature to help others understand autistic children, namely emotion recognition based on facial emotion detection/classification.

The “Brilliant Scholars Association” award is given in recognition of outstanding achievement and inspiring dedication. Brisa has proven that brilliant ideas developed in the classroom and laboratory of Informatics Engineering can shine on the international stage.

This award is a testament to their hard work. Winning First Place at the international level is not only a personal achievement, but also real proof that the quality of Informatics Engineering students is able to compete globally.
