There has not been research to<br \/>\nsupport a city in implementing smart city concepts. Therefore, research on the smart city concept is needed and should<br \/>\nbe categorised based on the level of education, such as Bachelor, Master and doctoral level. This research is intended to<br \/>\nhelp understand smart city-based development. It aims to produce a human resources development design that can<br \/>\nsupport the city with implementation research contributing to the smart city development.
