Malang, January 8, 2026 \u2013 The Informatics Engineering Study Program held an evaluation meeting for the odd semester and preparation for course marketing for the even semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year.<\/span><\/span> The meeting, held in the Meeting Room, was attended by all lecturers and educational staff within the Informatics Engineering Study Program.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting was officially opened by the Head of the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Mr. Supriono, M.Kom.<\/span><\/span> In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of continuous evaluation to improve the quality of learning in the Informatics Engineering Study Program.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“This evaluation activity provides an opportunity for all of us to reflect on our learning achievements in the odd semester and to design better strategies for the upcoming even semester. I appreciate your presence, which demonstrates a strong commitment to the progress of our study program,” said Mr. Supriono in his remarks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Discussion Agenda The meeting, which lasted from 10:00 a.m. WIB (Western Indonesian Time) until the end, discussed several strategic agenda items, including:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Evaluation of Odd Semester 2025-2026 Lectures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lecturers and educational staff jointly evaluated the course of lectures during the odd semester, including learning outcomes, challenges encountered, and solutions for future improvements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Strengthening Research Groups (KK)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Of particular concern at this meeting was the new policy regarding proposed Research Group membership.<\/span><\/span> For 2026, each Research Group is required to have a minimum of four members.<\/span><\/span> This is intended to strengthen scientific concentration and research collaboration within the Informatics Engineering Study Program.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Implementation of Student Field Work Practices and the SIM OBE Application<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting also discussed preparations for implementing student Field Work Practices (PKL) and optimizing the use of the SIM OBE (Outcome-Based Education) application as a support system in the outcomes-based learning process.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

4. Marketing of Even Semester Courses<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The team of lecturers and administrative staff designed a course marketing strategy for the even semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, targeting increased student interest and participation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. Survey Results Report<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
