This time the speaker was Danang Juffry as Google Community Manager. The theme that was presented was &#8220;Leadership: Lead The Organization and People&#8221;. Leaders are generally divided into three, namely self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership. To be a leader, several criteria must be in the mindset of every leader, namely focusing on finding solutions, being firm but empathetic, and being open-minded.
