Informatics Engineering students of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang have once again achieved brilliant achievements in a national event. The delegation team consisting of Ahmad Robithoh Akmal, Alfina Nurrahman, Tegar Nur Hidayat, and Muhammad Zidan won 1st place in the Game Application Development Category at the UNY National IT Competition (UNITY Competition #12) organized by Yogyakarta State University.
The competition, which took place from March 15 to May 11, 2024, was attended by participants from various universities throughout Indonesia, who competed in various IT categories. The UIN Malang team, under the guidance of Ahmad Fahmi Karami, M.Kom, was able to excel with the innovation of the game application they created, attracting the attention of the judges with a creative concept and solid technical implementation.
The final event and announcement of the winners were held directly at Yogyakarta State University on Jl. Colombo No.1 Karangmalang, Yogyakarta. This success is not only a source of pride for the team and mentors, but also makes the name of the UIN Malang Informatics Engineering Study Program famous on the national stage.
