The Informatics Engineering Study Program of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and BNSP-LSP ICT Indonesia have once again demonstrated their commitment to improving the quality of their human resources through the implementation of the 2024 Work Competency Certification. This full-day activity, starting from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB, took place in the Informatics Engineering Study Program Meeting Room, 3rd floor, Faculty of Science and Technology.
In this implementation, certification focused on two main schemes, namely Basic Office Operator and Office Professional. These two schemes were chosen considering the importance of mastering basic office skills in supporting work productivity in the digital era.
This Work Competency Certification is not only a means of proving individual abilities, but is also a strategic step in improving the competence of Education Personnel in the UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang environment. By having a recognized competency certificate, participants are expected to be able to improve their skills in using office applications.
The implementation of this certification received full support from various parties, including faculty leaders, study programs, and related institutions. It is hoped that this kind of activity can become a routine agenda to continue to improve the quality of UIN Malang graduates and answer the challenges of an increasingly competitive world of work.
