The Informatics Engineering Department of the State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held an enthusiastic team building activity on February 6 2024 in the open environment of Coban Talun, Batu City. This event aims to strengthen ties between lecturers and staff as well as foster unity among the academic community.
This activity was attended by lecturers and staff in the informatics engineering department. They engage in a series of challenging group games and tasks designed to improve communication, teamwork and leadership skills. This activity really fosters solidarity among us. Through these challenges, we learned to support each other and work together as a team. This was an amazing experience for all of us. In addition to strengthening relationships, these activities also help us develop leadership and teamwork skills that are important in an academic environment.”
This team building activity not only increases closeness between lecturers and staff but also creates a more harmonious and productive environment within the Informatics Engineering Department of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. With high enthusiasm and a strong sense of unity, they are ready to face future challenges and continue to develop into a solid and effective team.
